VENTUS villam has a department focused in seeking new project opportunities in the sites where it operates. Our team works closely with various organizations and administrations that become involved in the final development of the project. We always follow ??a rigorous process to identify and evaluate potential sites for the project. We base our decisions on the impact, the viability of the project, and on environmental factors.
Once the project site has been identified, our team of experts at VENTUS villam initiates a thorough assessment protocol, including: wind power, orography, environmental impact, resources, evacuation capacity, and land availability. Our Technical Department performs quality control sampling of meteorological data, and prepares a preliminary design of the team’s disposition. Preliminary assessments of the potential energy and project viability studies are done internally. Once the project has been approved by all the departments at VENTUS villam, the process to acquire the land starts right away, as well as the required environmental and technical studies. Only 6 to 12 months is the time we need to finish all the preparations for the project and only 12-18 months we need to start the production of clean and continuous energy. The investment is assured.
VENTUS villam always analyzes and audits the wind resources data obtained from either our own turbines or from our collaborators`, subjects it to reviews and external audits certified by leading international companies such as Barlovento and Garrad Hassan.

The provision of excellent engineering management and daily monitoring of the construction works guarantees project delivery on due time and within the initial budget.
The combination of an effective coordination, effort and the determination of each of the departments involved in the design and implementation of the project culminate with the kick start of the service. A steady flow of income is guaranteed for a period of at least 25 to 30 years from its operationalization.
